Earlier today, September 3, 2024, PDEA RO-X Misamis Oriental Provincial Office together with Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET), PNP – Intelligence Group, and Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) Agora Police Station 3, carried out a successful search warrant operation in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City.
This operation led to the arrest of a priority drug personality and the seizure of approximately 5 grams of shabu, worth Php34,000. The arrested individuals were Alias Danny, 23, a priority drug personality and Alias Ar-ar, 32, both residents of Barangay Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City.
The suspects are now facing charges under Article II of RA 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
