A drug suspect was apprehended during a buy-bust operation conducted by the Aleosan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in Barangay Dualing, Aleosan, Cotabato, on January 3, 2025.
Under the leadership of Police Major Bernard M. Abarquez, Officer-in-Charge of the Aleosan MPS, the suspect, known by the alias “Tambok,” a resident of the area, was taken into custody.
Authorities seized two packets of suspected shabu, a genuine Php500 bill used in the operation, and other drug paraphernalia from the suspect’s possession.
The suspect is now facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The Aleosan PNP continues to urge the public to support law enforcement in combating the drug problem and the crimes associated with it.
