KALILANGAN, BUKIDNON — Police authorities arrested a suspected high-value drug personality and confiscated more than ₱855,000 worth of illegal drugs in a successful buy-bust operation in Purok 1, Central Poblacion, Kalilangan, Bukidnon, on Thursday afternoon, October 24, 2025.
The joint operation, led by personnel of the Kalilangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) under PCPT Romeo M. Arcilla Jr., together with the 1004th Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 10 (RMFB 10) and the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Bukidnon, resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old male suspect known only by his alias “Cas.”
Seized from the suspect’s possession were 125.8 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱855,440, according to police reports.
The suspect is currently detained at the Kalilangan MPS and faces charges for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
In a statement, Police Colonel Navales, Bukidnon Provincial Director, commended the operating units for their swift and coordinated action that led to the arrest.

The Bukidnon Police Provincial Office reiterated its strong stance against illegal drugs, emphasizing that this operation is part of its intensified campaign to ensure a drug-free and safe community across the province.
Authorities continue to urge the public to support anti-drug initiatives by reporting suspicious activities that could lead to the arrest of drug traffickers and pushers in their areas.
