December 4, 2025 — Mindanao
A Low Pressure Area (LPA) hovering east of Eastern Visayas continues to influence weather conditions across Mindanao, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms throughout the day, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported in its 5:00 AM regional bulletin.
As of 3:00 AM, the LPA was estimated at 705 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas at coordinates 12.7°N, 132.0°E. While the weather system is not yet intensifying into a tropical cyclone, it is enhancing localized thunderstorms across the region.
