El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned on Thursday that most parts of Mindanao will continue to experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms throughout the day until early Friday morning, October 10, due to the prevailing southwesterly windflow.
