Bangsamoro Homeland — The Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) has formally announced the disaffiliation of Mr. Pando Mudjasan, also known as Commander Pando, from the organization. The declaration was made through an official statement issued by Ustadz Abdulkarim Tan Misuari, Vice-Chairman and Concurrent Acting Chairman of the MNLF under the leadership of Chairman Prof. Nur Misuari.

According to the statement, the decision came after a series of internal consultations, deliberations with key leaders, and direct dialogue with Mr. Mudjasan himself. The MNLF leadership cited repeated violations of the group’s established directives, protocols, and internal guidelines as the primary reason for the disaffiliation.

“This decision was not taken lightly,” the statement read. “Despite multiple efforts to engage him in constructive dialogue and reaffirm organizational unity, it has become clear that his continued actions are no longer aligned with the principles and collective aspirations of the Front.”

The MNLF reiterated its commitment to the Bangsamoro struggle through peaceful and principled means, calling on members, partners, and the public to recognize the disaffiliation to avoid confusion or misrepresentation.

The statement also addressed Mr. Mudjasan directly, urging him to reflect on his actions and return to the true values of the Bangsamoro cause. “It is our earnest hope that he chooses to become a force for good—contributing to the healing, unity, and development of the community, rather than becoming a source of division and detriment.”

The MNLF remains one of the key Moro revolutionary groups advocating for the rights and self-determination of the Bangsamoro people, with its current leadership emphasizing the importance of discipline and unity within its ranks.
