An Isuzu Crosswind rolled over and landed upside down in a ravine beside the highway at Purok 7 Gold in Barangay Upper Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur, on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
According to the report from the Tigbao Municipal Police Station, none of the passengers were seriously injured or killed in the accident.
They were immediately given first aid by the staff of the Tigbao Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, according to the police and barangay officials in Upper Nilo.
The passengers were coming from Pagadian City and were on their way to the town of Lakewood in Zamboanga del Sur when the accident occurred, allegedly due to mechanical trouble.
