KALAMANSIG, Sultan Kudarat (July 29, 2025) — Authorities arrested three individuals and confiscated suspected shabu worth ₱68,000 during a joint anti-illegal drugs operation in Barangay Poblacion, Kalamansig on Sunday, July 28.
The operation, carried out by personnel from the Kalamansig Municipal Police Station, 2nd Sultan Kudarat Provincial Mobile Force Company, Kalamansig Municipal Local Enforcement Team, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Sultan Kudarat Provincial Field Unit, and the Regional Intelligence Division 12, was launched through the implementation of a search warrant.
Arrested during the raid were three suspects identified only by their aliases: “Alber,” 47; “Jana,” 41; and “Hasbro,” 18 — all residents of the said barangay.
Law enforcers recovered ten sachets of suspected shabu with a combined estimated weight of 10 grams, valued at ₱68,000 based on the National Standard Drug Price.
The suspects are currently under the custody of the Kalamansig Municipal Police Station for proper documentation and processing. They are expected to face charges for violating Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Authorities emphasized that the operation forms part of the intensified anti-illegal drug campaign across Region 12, targeting both high-value and street-level drug personalities.
