This year, the competition will bring together two categories of participants:
- Inter-School Category – Local high schools will bring their culinary students to the forefront, challenging them to bring their best humba interpretations to the table. This round starts at 9:00 AM and is a chance for young chefs to show off their skills, creativity, and kitchen finesse.
- Inter-Barangay Category – In the afternoon, starting at 1:00 PM, representatives from various barangays will compete. Each barangay will have a team presenting their unique twist on humba, reflecting local ingredients and flavors that capture the spirit of their community.
