Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte — On October 2, 2024, eight individuals celebrated the completion of the reformation program at the Balay Silangan Reformation Center, marking the culmination of a transformative journey aimed at reintegrating them into society. The program, which offers a structured pathway for individuals previously involved in illegal drug activities, equips participants with vital skills for a fresh start in life.
