Authorities have yet to release further details regarding the identity of the arrested suspect and the specific charges to be filed in connection with the seized substance.
The confiscated material is expected to undergo the required examination and documentation as part of the investigation and prosecution process.
The DCPO also urged the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with authorities by reporting information that could help prevent and suppress illegal drug activities in their communities.
The arrest serves as another enforcement action in the city’s continuing campaign to keep illegal drugs off Davao City’s streets and strengthen public safety through sustained police and inter-agency operations.
