A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted at 3:00 AM today, located 275 km northwest of Baler, Aurora, or 215 km west-northwest of Bacnotan, La Union. Meanwhile, the Southwest Monsoon continues to affect various parts of Mindanao, bringing rains and thunderstorms across the region.
General Outlook:
- Zamboanga Peninsula: Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Flash floods and landslides possible in low-lying and mountainous areas due to moderate to heavy rainfall.
- Rest of Mindanao: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
