Authorities confiscated an estimated Php305,592 worth of suspected shabu from two suspects during a buy-bust operation conducted on April 9, 2025, at Old Airport, Barangay Sasa, Davao City.
The anti-drug operation was carried out by operatives from the Sasa Police Station and the Tactical Support Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 11 (TSC RMFB 11).
Police Major Marcille M. Manzano, Acting Station Commander of Sasa Police Station, identified the suspects as “Bro,” 39 years old, listed as the Top 4 Regional High-Value Individual, and “Arnel,” 32 years old. Both suspects are residents of Davao City.
Authorities recovered approximately 44.94 grams of illegal drugs, along with other non-drug-related evidence from the suspects. They are now facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The success of this operation highlights the Philippine National Police’s continued commitment to maintaining peace and order in pursuit of community development.
