GENERAL SANTOS CITY – Law enforcement authorities apprehended two drug suspects during a search warrant operation in Purok 21, Block 19, Barangay Fatima, on January 28, 2025.
The operation, carried out by personnel from Police Station 7, the City Mobile Force Company, the City Intelligence Unit of the General Santos City Police Office, and units from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 12, led to the arrest of two individuals identified as alias “Ruru,” 28, and alias “Riri,” 24, both residents of the area.
Authorities confiscated 22 sachets of suspected shabu valued at ₱61,200 based on the Standard Drug Price, along with various drug paraphernalia.
The suspects were taken to Police Station 7 for proper documentation and legal processing.
PBGEN Arnold P. Ardiente, Acting Regional Director of PRO 12, reaffirmed the police force’s commitment to combating illegal drugs, stating that law enforcement will continue its relentless efforts to safeguard communities from the harmful effects of narcotics.
