MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon — A 20-year-old man narrowly escaped death after he was slashed in the neck by the uncle of his girlfriend in a sudden and unprovoked attack shortly after midnight on New Year’s Day in Barangay Santo Niño, this city.
