The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a regional weather forecast for Mindanao, warning of cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms over several provinces due to the prevailing Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). Residents are advised to remain alert for possible flash floods and landslides, especially in areas expecting moderate to heavy rainfall.

Elsewhere in Mindanao, including Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Metro Davao, expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized convection. While rainfall is generally lighter, severe thunderstorms may still lead to flash floods or landslides.
