Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte – A high-value fugitive listed among the top 10 most wanted persons at the provincial level was apprehended in a joint law enforcement operation conducted in Barangay Rumidas, Buldon, on March 14, 2025.
The suspect, identified by the alias “Abo,” is a 31-year-old male, married, and a resident of Barangay Cabayuan, Buldon. His arrest was carried out by personnel from the Buldon Municipal Police Station, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, and the Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Unit of the Maguindanao del Norte Police Provincial Office.
Authorities acted on a warrant of arrest issued by the presiding judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Cotabato City. “Abo” faces charges for violating Republic Act No. 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. The court has set bail at PhP200,000.00 for his temporary release.
Law enforcement officials ensured that the suspect was informed of his constitutional rights at the time of his arrest. He is now in police custody for proper documentation and further legal proceedings.

He reaffirmed PRO BAR’s commitment to intensifying its campaign against wanted persons in the region. He also expressed gratitude to the local community for their vigilance and cooperation, which contributed to the operation’s success.
