The City Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CZBAA), chaired by Mayor John Dalipe, convened on Wednesday, March 19, to address various concerns related to land development and building regulations across the city.

Representing Mayor Dalipe, Assistant City Administrator Dolph Saavedra led the discussions, joined by key city officials and stakeholders. Among those present were City Planning and Development Coordinator Ma. Luz Agbayani, City Veterinarian Dr. Arcadio Cavan, ZABIDA President Dr. Grace Rebollos, representatives from the Department of Public Works and Highways Region 9 (DPWH-9), and officials from various city departments.

The meeting focused on ensuring that ongoing and proposed projects align with existing urban planning and infrastructure development regulations. The board emphasized adherence to laws on economic sustainability, environmental impact assessment, and regulatory compliance to maintain a well-planned and sustainable urban landscape.
