Bukidnon, Philippines – The Bukidnon Police Provincial Office, led by PLTCOL Arce V. Yam-Oc, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration, alongside PLTCOL Dave E. Mahilum, Deputy Provincial Director for Operation, and under the leadership of PCOL Jovit Lontac Culaway, Provincial Director, provided security assistance during the serving of a “Notice to Vacate” related to a Writ of Demolition on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the CMU School Site, Musuan, Dologon, Maramag, Bukidnon.
The notice was served to members of the BUFFALO-TAMARAW-LIMUS Multipurpose Cooperative (BTL) and the Musuan Inhabitants’ Landless Farmers Association (MILFA), informing them that they were required to voluntarily vacate the premises within five days from receipt of the notice. This enforcement was carried out in accordance with the court-issued Writ of Demolition.
To ensure the peaceful implementation of the court order, personnel from the Bukidnon Police Provincial Office assisted court sheriffs in maintaining security and order. Authorities emphasized the importance of a peaceful and orderly process, reiterating that their role was to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Local officials and law enforcement urged affected residents to comply with the order and assured that any developments regarding relocation or assistance programs would be coordinated with relevant agencies.
