CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City – The Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) has achieved an outstanding Client Satisfaction Survey Result, as presented by the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) on December 23, 2024, at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Camp Alagar, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City.
The survey, which analyzed data from the 1st to the 4th quarter of 2024, showcased PRO10’s exceptional performance across several key metrics. Bukidnon recorded the highest trust rating at 96%, followed closely by Cagayan de Oro City at 95%, with other provinces maintaining trust ratings above 93%. Camiguin stood out with a leading respect rating of 97%, and it tied with Bukidnon for safety ratings at 95%. In terms of security, Camiguin also achieved the highest rating of 97%, while Cagayan de Oro City and Iligan City residents posted the highest satisfaction ratings at 97% each.
The survey results highlight the stability of Northern Mindanao’s security environment, with respondents expressing strong confidence in their safety and territorial security. The approachable and community-focused efforts of PRO10 police officers, along with their commitment to rights-based policing practices, were pivotal factors in fostering these positive perceptions.
PBGEN Jaysen C. De Guzman, Regional Director of PRO10, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Adrian M.Tamayo and the Mindanao Development Authority for spearheading the survey.
“We are humbled and gratified by the positive feedback from the survey, which indicates that the community feels safe and satisfied with the performance of our police force in Region 10. These results inspire us and strengthen our resolve to fulfill our mandate to serve and protect with unwavering dedication,” PBGEN De Guzman said.
He also encouraged all personnel to sustain their momentum of excellence, efficiency, and integrity in the performance of their duties.
Furthermore, PBGEN De Guzman reaffirmed PRO10’s steadfast commitment to ensuring Northern Mindanao remains a safe and secure region for all residents.
