Police Regional Office XI Director, Police Brigadier General Nicolas Torre III, has granted a one-week rest period to approximately 200 personnel from the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) following their two-week deployment at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound. This announcement was made by DCPO spokesperson Captain Hazel Tuazon during an interview regarding the post-operation debriefing of the police force.
Despite the rest period, Captain Tuazon assured the public that the DCPO remains fully capable of delivering proper services and ensuring the security of Davaoeños. The deployment involved over 250 personnel from the Davao City Mobile Force Company, various police stations in the city, and the Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) team, who were stationed at the KOJC compound for more than two weeks.
In light of this, DCPO Director Colonel Hansel Marantan has been tasked with maintaining public safety and security in the city. The DCPO’s commitment to managing the city’s security and providing efficient services remains steadfast, even as their personnel take a well-deserved break.
