MABINI, DAVAO DE ORO – Law enforcement authorities successfully dismantled a suspected drug den in Barangay Pangibiran, Mabini, Davao de Oro, in a joint operation aimed at curbing illegal drug activities in the province.
The operation was conducted by personnel from the Mabini Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 11, the 2nd Davao de Oro Provincial Mobile Force Company, and the 1101st Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 11. A buy-bust operation led to the arrest of multiple individuals allegedly engaged in the illegal drug trade.
Authorities also confiscated suspected illegal drugs along with assorted drug paraphernalia. The operation was carried out with strict adherence to legal procedures, ensuring the proper handling of evidence and the rights of the arrested individuals. Medical assistance was provided as needed.
This latest operation underscores the continued efforts of law enforcement agencies to suppress illegal drug activities and maintain peace and order in the province.
