Malaybalay City, Bukidnon — The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, in partnership with national and local agencies, formally recognized former rebels who completed the Localized Deradicalization and Reintegration Program during a ceremony held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the 403rd Infantry Brigade, Camp Osito Bahian, Impalambong.



The event, which also marked the release of DILG-administered assistance under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) and livelihood financial support from the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), showcased the accomplishments of the Balay Ta Kalinaw program. It highlighted the transformative journey of former rebels (FRs) inside the facility and featured testimonies from completers who pledged their renewed commitment to peace and nation-building.
Police Major Jessie James M. Lasdoce, Chief of the Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU), represented the Bukidnon Police Provincial Office under the supervision of Police Colonel Jovit Lontac Culaway, Provincial Director.
Also present were key officials and stakeholders, including Bukidnon Governor Rogelio Neil P. Roque; Brigadier General Siegfred C. Tubalado, Commander of the 403rd Infantry Brigade; Rhona P. Abadilla, DILG Provincial Director; Ellen T. Salumintao, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer; Atty. Gean Yvish R. Ladesma, Provincial Legal Officer; Engr. Artemio C. Del Rosario Jr., TESDA Provincial Director; representatives from Central Mindanao University’s Project Development Office; and representatives from DSWD Region X.
Following the ceremony, the E-CLIP Committee held its 3rd Quarter 2025 meeting, presided over by Governor Roque, who also serves as the committee chairperson. The body reviewed ongoing initiatives, assessed reintegration systems, and discussed measures to further strengthen assistance for former rebels as they transition into mainstream society.
The ceremony and committee session reaffirmed the government’s continuing efforts to promote peace, stability, and inclusive development in Bukidnon through localized reintegration and livelihood support programs.
