General Advisory

PAGASA reminds the public that despite generally fair conditions across Mindanao, localized thunderstorms may bring sudden heavy rains, strong winds, and lightning, which could trigger flash floods and landslides in vulnerable areas. Fisherfolk and small sea vessels are advised to remain cautious, especially along the eastern seaboard of Mindanao where moderate sea conditions may prevail.

As “Ramil” continues its west-northwestward movement, residents are urged to monitor official PAGASA bulletins and local government advisories for updates on the storm’s progression and its possible indirect effects over parts of the country.
