El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms across Mindanao today, October 14, 2025, due to localized thunderstorms. Residents are advised to remain vigilant for possible flash floods and landslides, especially in areas prone to severe thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast to north will prevail throughout the region, bringing slight to moderate sea conditions with wave heights ranging from 0.6 to 1.5 meters.
Zamboanga Peninsula
Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, and Isabela City will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with localized rain showers or thunderstorms. Winds will be light to moderate from the northeast to north, with coastal waters remaining slight to moderate.
- Temperature range: 24°C to 33°C in most provinces, 23°C to 29°C in Isabela City.
Northern Mindanao
Bukidnon, Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental, and Misamis Oriental are expected to have generally fair weather in the morning, with potential rain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.

- Wind direction: Northeast to north, light to moderate.
- Seas: Slight to moderate.
Davao Region
Metro Davao, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Davao de Oro, and Davao Occidental will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms throughout the day.

- Winds: Light to moderate from the northeast to north.
- Seas: Slight to moderate.
SOCCSKSARGEN
North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and Sarangani are forecast to have warm daytime conditions with occasional cloudy periods and localized rain showers.
- Temperature range: 24°C to 33°C.
- Wind: Light to moderate (northeast to north).
- Sea conditions: Slight to moderate.
Caraga Region
Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Dinagat Islands will experience partly cloudy skies with scattered thunderstorms, particularly in the afternoon.

- Wind: Light to moderate (northeast to north).
- Seas: Slight to moderate.
Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM)
Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Cotabato City are also expected to experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized convection.

- Wind: Light to moderate (northeast to north).
- Sea conditions: Slight to moderate.
Public Advisory
PAGASA reminds the public, especially those in low-lying and mountainous areas, to take precautions against possible flash floods and landslides triggered by severe thunderstorms. Fisherfolk and small sea vessels are likewise advised to remain cautious when venturing out to sea due to moderate waves in some coastal waters.
