Digos City, Davao del Sur (August 4, 2025) — A woman selling rice cakes (bingka) was shot by an unidentified gunman in the early hours of Monday, August 4, while tending to her stall in Barangay Tres de Mayo, Digos City.
The victim, identified as Mirasol Binghay, a middle-aged resident of Bansalan, Davao del Sur, was attending to her stall at Lucero Bingkahan in Purok Manggahan around 3:40 AM when the incident occurred.
