The City Education and Development Office has officially started accepting requirements for the City Scholarship Program for college and diploma programs.
Aspiring scholars can submit their documents online until March 17 through this link: bit.ly/ISDASubmit2025.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following in PDF format:
- Academic Records: Scanned copy of Grade 12 first semester grades (for ALS graduates, Senior High Certificate of Completion, Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Residency: Certificate of Residency (must indicate the specific address in Cagayan de Oro and length of residence)
- Location Details: Residence map with a landmark and a photo of the applicant’s home for validation
- Voter Registration: COMELEC Registration of the applicant or their parents
- Proof of Family Income:
- For indigent parents: Barangay Certification stating the source of income and total family earnings OR BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption
- For employed or self-employed parents: BIR Income Tax Return
Additional (Optional) Documents
- Senior High School Awards and Leadership Summary (signed by the School Principal)
- PWD ID of the applicant
- 4Ps ID of parents/applicant
- Solo Parent ID of the parent
- Certification of Indigenous People Membership
Applicants are reminded that only online submissions will be accepted. Any documents submitted outside the official online platform will not be processed.
