Parang, Maguindanao del Norte — A tricycle driver was fatally shot in Sitio Manget, Barangay Macasandag, Parang, Maguindanao del Norte, at around 4:45 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025.
The victim, identified as Muslimen Samad Piang, a resident of Barangay Sapad, Matanog, Maguindanao del Norte, was rushed to the Iranon District Hospital. However, he was declared dead upon arrival.
