Camp Sgt. Quintin M. Merecido, Davao City – On October 16, 2024, authorities arrested a newly identified high-value individual known as “Bords” in an anti-illegal drug operation conducted at Purok 7, Rolly Homes Subdivision, Panabo City, Davao del Norte. The operation resulted in the confiscation of several heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of Php 136,000.00.
In addition to the illegal drugs, authorities also recovered a .45 caliber ACP 1911A1 pistol, one genuine Php 1,000 bill alongside 29 pieces of machine-copied counterfeit bills, one magazine, three rounds of live .45 caliber ammunition, a Skygo motorcycle with plate number 134LZM, and a pouch bag.
The suspect is now in the custody of the Panabo City Police Station under the Davao Norte Police Provincial Office (DNPPO), where appropriate charges are being prepared for filing.
