CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City — June 21, 2025 — Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) has arrested the region’s fourth most wanted person for the crime of Qualified Rape in a successful law enforcement operation conducted in Kadingilan, Bukidnon.
At around 9:05 PM, operatives from the Kadingilan Municipal Police Station served a warrant of arrest against alias “Daniel,” 40 years old, married, laborer, and a resident of Kadingilan. He was arrested for nine counts of Qualified Rape, as stated in Criminal Case Nos. 45647-25 to 45655-25, issued on May 26, 2025. The court did not recommend bail for the suspect.
According to police reports, “Daniel” allegedly raped his 16-year-old daughter in September 2024, which resulted in the victim becoming pregnant. The case was reported to authorities and subsequently investigated, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Further investigation revealed that “Daniel” also had a previous murder case filed against him in 2013, which was later dismissed after he was placed under probation.
The accused is now under the custody of Kadingilan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition and legal processing.
PBGEN Rolindo M. Suguilon, Regional Director of PRO10, praised the swift action of the operating unit.
“The successful arrest of a regional most wanted person is a clear demonstration of our commitment to ensuring that perpetrators of heinous crimes face justice. PRO10 will not waver in its pursuit of wanted individuals and will continue to exert all efforts to protect our communities, especially the vulnerable,” he said.
Suguilon also emphasized the ongoing campaign of PRO10 against crimes involving women and children, urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity in their areas.
