Kidapawan City – March 25, 2025 – A series of visits from various Local Government Units (LGUs) across different municipalities and cities have been taking place in Kidapawan City.
On the evening of March 24, 2025, personnel from the Tacurong City Local Government, particularly from its Economic Enterprise Management Office (EEMO), conducted a benchmarking activity at the Kidapawan City Slaughterhouse in Barangay Kalaisan. The delegation was led by Tacurong City’s Economic Enterprise Manager, Ms. Psyche M. Sucaldito, DPA.
The purpose of the visit was to personally observe and study the operations of the facility, especially since the Kidapawan City Slaughterhouse has achieved a “AA” standard accreditation from the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS). The team aimed to gain insights into best practices and operational efficiency to improve their own facilities and services.
Kidapawan City Economic Enterprise Manager Ma. Stella Hernandez, along with her colleagues, warmly welcomed the Tacurong delegation. The visiting officials expressed their gratitude to the local government for accommodating them and for the warm reception extended to their group.
The benchmarking visit highlights the commitment of LGUs in enhancing public service by learning from successful models and adopting best practices in their respective localities.
