Isabela City, January 15, 2025 — The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) marked another milestone in its mission to uplift communities through education and training by successfully concluding its Driving NCII Training program. The event, led by Provincial Director Muida S. Hataman and Daisy Claire Antonio, School Administrator of HHH Driving Institute Inc., equipped 25 participants with essential driving skills and certification aimed at enhancing employability and self-reliance.
The culmination of the program was celebrated with a graduation ceremony attended by LTC Jesus L. Rosete (INF) PA, Executive Officer of the 4th Special Forces Battalion. Addressing the graduates, Rosete underscored the significance of their newly acquired skills, emphasizing their potential to drive both personal growth and community development.
“This training is more than just learning to drive; it’s about opening doors to opportunities and contributing to the progress of your communities,” Rosete said during his inspiring address.
The initiative was a collaborative effort between TESDA, the 4th Special Forces Battalion, and the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE). This partnership highlights their shared commitment to empowering individuals and fostering stronger, more self-reliant communities.
The Driving NCII Training program serves as a testament to TESDA’s dedication to providing technical and vocational education that addresses the evolving needs of Filipinos. By equipping participants with skills that promote both livelihood opportunities and personal empowerment, TESDA continues to contribute significantly to nation-building.
For the graduates, the certification not only validates their newly acquired skills but also serves as a stepping stone toward brighter futures, whether through employment or entrepreneurial ventures. This achievement stands as a reminder of the transformative power of skills training in shaping lives and communities alike.
