Residents are advised to remain alert for potential rain showers and thunderstorms, which may occur throughout the day and evening. Here’s a detailed forecast for key areas:

  • Laguindingan and Cagayan de Oro City: Expect partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy skies with light to moderate winds from the east to northeast. Temperatures will range from 25°C to 30°C during the day and slightly cooler at night.
  • Malaybalay City: Daytime temperatures may climb up to 32°C, while evening temperatures drop to around 22°C. Light to moderate winds from the east will prevail.
  • Metro Davao and Tagum City: With temperatures peaking at 32°C, these areas will experience similar conditions, with light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal seas.
  • Zamboanga City, Butuan City, and General Santos City: Daytime temperatures will range between 26°C to 32°C, with potential for brief rain showers or thunderstorms.
  • Cotabato City: The warmest area in the forecast, temperatures may reach up to 33°C.
  • Marawi City and Iligan City: Cooler conditions are expected, particularly in Marawi, where daytime temperatures may only reach 27°C.
  • Pagadian City and Dipolog City: Anticipate similar weather patterns, with daytime highs of 28°C to 32°C.
  • Surigao City: Temperatures will hover between 27°C to 31°C with partly cloudy skies dominating the forecast.

PAGASA advises fishermen and seafarers to take caution as sea conditions will be slight to moderate, with waves reaching up to 2.5 meters in height.
