In a bid to make civil registration services more accessible, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Basilan Provincial Statistical Office, in partnership with PSA RSSO BARMM – Civil Registration Section of the Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD), is conducting a CRS Mobile Outlet Operation in the Province of Basilan.
