KALILANGAN, BUKIDNON — A pre-dawn anti-drug operation led by Police Regional Office 10 (PRO10) resulted in the arrest of a high-value individual (HVI) and the confiscation of more than ₱362,000 worth of suspected shabu in Kalilangan, Bukidnon on November 28, 2025.
At around 4:21 a.m., joint forces from the Kalilangan Municipal Police Station, Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit, Bukidnon 2nd PMFC, 1004th RMFB 10, and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit implemented Search Warrant No. RTC-OCC 83-25 against alias “Renee,” 32, single, jobless, and a resident of West Poblacion.
The search operation led to the suspect’s arrest and the recovery of six heat-sealed plastic sachets containing approximately 50.99 grams of suspected shabu, valued at ₱362,304 under the Standard Drug Price. Various drug paraphernalia were also seized.
Police said this is the first time the suspect has been arrested despite being monitored for an extended period. Surveillance teams reportedly failed to catch her at home in previous operations. Investigators said the illegal drugs were sourced from Maguing, Lanao del Sur, and distributed from her residence, where regular customers allegedly picked up the items.
The suspect is now detained at the Kalilangan Municipal Police Station and faces charges for violating Sections 11 and 12, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
PRO10 Regional Director PBGen Christopher N. Abrahano lauded the operating units for their coordinated efforts.
“PRO10 will continue to intensify its efforts and strengthen coordination with our partner agencies to ensure safer and drug-free communities. I commend our personnel for their relentless service in upholding the law and protecting our people,” he said.
