DAVAO CITY — A 43-year-old woman known as “Madam” and her 31-year-old companion were arrested in a buy-bust operation that yielded more than ₱673,000 worth of suspected shabu early Wednesday, September 18, 2025, in Riverside, Barangay 21-C.
Police identified the suspects as “Madam,” a resident of Barangay Agdao Proper, and “Andoy,” a resident of Barangay 23-C. The operation was carried out by personnel of Santa Ana Police Station 1 at around 3:00 a.m.
Initial reports said the two sold one sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover operative. Authorities then seized four more sachets from their possession. The confiscated drugs were estimated to have a street value of ₱673,200.
Police said the suspects are undergoing investigation, and charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being prepared against them.
